Lasercut Mendel: endbearbeitete Rahmen-Eckteile

Die sechs Rahmen-Eckteile (orig.: Frame Vertices) benötigen noch jeweils zwei senkrechte Bohrungen, bevor sie montiert werden können.

Notwendiges Werkzeug:

  • Standbohrmaschine mit 8mm Holzbohrer
  • Schraubstock oder entsprechende Improvisation
  • Cutter

Die Bohrlöcher sollen im rechten Winkel zu den bereits vorhandenen Löchern stehen und möglichst nah an den anderen Löchern liegen. Im folgenden Bild ist zur Illustration der Verlauf der Bohrung eingezeichnet:

Die Löcher sollten möglichst genau senkrecht sein, ansonsten ist es recht schwer, die Gewindestangen beim Aufbau des Rahmens ohne Gewalt durch die Löcher du bekommen.
