Lasercut Mendel: Rohlinge für die z bar top clamps

Die Rohlinge für die oberen Z-Achsen-Klemmen (orig.: z bar top clamps) müssen alle noch mittig ca. 3mm tief eingefräst / gebohrt werden, damit sie später jeweils zu zweit eine 8mm-Achse halten können.

Notwendiges Werkzeug:

  • Oberfräse mit 8mm Radiusfräser oder
  • Standbohrmaschine mit 8mm Holzbohrer
  • Cutter

Wir haben jeweils zwei der Klemmen mit 2mm-Abstandhaltern in den Schraubstock einer Standbohrmaschine eingeklemmt. Durch den verwendeten 8mm-Holzbohrer wird also jede Klemme 3mm angebohrt:

Die Kanten sehen aufgrund der niedrigen Drehzahl unserer Billig-Bohrmaschine ziemlich schlecht aus, außerdem ist das Bohrfutter schon wackelig, was zur Abweichung vom Mittelpunkt geführt hat. Beide Mängel sollten aber für die Präzision des Mendels keine Rolle spielen, weil sie später durch die Schraubverbindung ausgeglichen werden.
