Lasercut Mendel: Die Einzelteile für die linke Seite der X-Achse

Die Einzelteile, aus denen der linke Teil der X-Achse zusammen gesetzt wird:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Am 3mm-Teil wird der Verlauf der Aussparungen markiert.

Mit dem Cutter nur leicht einkerben, damit die Feile im nächsten Schritt leichter geführt werden kann.

Mit der Feile ca. 1,5mm tiefe Einkerbungen feilen. Die genaue Tiefe der Aussparung ist egal, sie muss nur später die 8mm-Stahlstange gut halten können.

Achtung: Wir haben die Klebung, wie man auf diesen Bildern sehen kann, beim ersten Versuch falsch gemacht. Natürlich muss auf die Seite mit der Aussparung das kleinere der beiden 6mm-Teile geklebt werden, so dass die Aussparung nicht überdeckt wird.
